Founded in 2003, EasyBus is a subsidiary of EasyGroup, the company responsible for EasyJet. Although it initially offered intercity services in addition to its airport shuttle services, its services are now limited to express transport between London and its major airports.
Easybus provides service between Gatwick, Stansted and Luton airports and London’s city center. Passengers trying to go between the city center and Stansted or Luton airports will be picked up and/or dropped off at London Baker Street Station and passengers going between Gatwick airport and the city center will be picked up and/or dropped off outside West Brompton Station, also a short walk from Earl’s Court Station.
Services are offered on 19-seat Mercedes or Optare air-conditioned mini coach buses. The connection between Luton and Central London is operated in partnership with Greenline and provides access to persons in wheelchairs. However, due to the construction of other EasyBus vehicles, none of the other services offered by the company are wheelchair accessible. Furthermore, EasyBus does not allow passengers to travel with pets unless they are certified guide/assistance dogs.
Most tickets are purchased online, and it is best to purchase them in advance, with prices varying between £2.00 and £10.99, and lowest prices available the earlier you book.
