Travel to Laax: Cheap buses, trains and flights

About Laax Falera

One of Switzerland's largest ski resort, the linked areas of Laax, Falera and Flims has lots to offer. Novice skiers, pros, snowboarders and families are all catered for here. Ski schools and ski hire is readily available and there are four snowboard parks with a couple of halfpipes, cross country trails and 100km of winter hiking paths which link together into a unique network. There are two different sledge runs to enjoy as well, and a chance to sledge at night twice a week. Every February the resort hosts the Burton European Open.

Laax Falera Facilities

The resort has some lively bars which organise events like beer pong nights and DJ evenings. When it comes to eating out you can select food from around the world like Turkish, French, Asian or American. Laax has some fine wellness hotels and a choice of Swiss Chalet apartments and budget rooms.

How to Get to Laax Falera

The city of Chur is just 15 minutes away by car. Reach Zurich in 90 minutes for the nearest international airport.

The nearest train station is at Chur.Buses to Laax

There is a local shuttle bus which is free to use in winter. A bus services also runs from Chur up to the resort

Driving to Laax

Take exit 18 off the A3/A13 motorway and follow the main road to the resort. It takes about 20 minutes

Ski Season and Passes

The ski season usually runs from the beginning of November to April. Ski passes for an adult costs roughly CHF 76 for one day, CHF 149 for two days and CHF 366 for a six-day pass.
